Why don’t people tell me about this? After working with hundreds of businesses across New Zealand we see them mainly falling into 3 categories. P & L Driven.   The vast majority fall into this category – how much money am I making and how can I make more money. Cash-flow Driven.   Almost every business falls into this category at some stage in its life – though some seem to live here.    How am I going to pay the bills?
